Free Agents

This year there are some key free agents that are available that could really help a club. Big time pitchers like C.C Sabathia, Francisco Rodriquez, and A.J Burnett. Also, big name outfielders like Manny Ramirez, Adam Dunn, and World Champion Pat Burrell. Each guy could be making ten million plus and team will offer them the money. There are also many infielders, who could really help a team offensively and defensively.

A team could dramatically improve their roster by signing just one of the guy that is a free agent. Teams like Boston and the two New York teams, who have a lot of money, could get two or even three top free agents to fill in the spots. Teams like the Marlins would never sign these expensive free agents because they just don't have the money available. But, who ever does get Manny or C.C will get legitimate players and won't be upset with with what they get. I think Manny will either go back to Los Angeles or New York, then C.C is either going to New York, San Francisco, Milwaukee, or Los Angeles. Both will not end up going to the same place because of the money that both are asking for, but they will not be afraid to wait until they get the most money.

Where do you think C.C and Manny will end up by the end of the off-season?

Without the baseball season I have been kind of happy. The season is way to long. But on the other hand I am a big Los Angeles Dodger fan. I feel even though Manny is a free agent he will be given a great contract to stay in LA. Sabathia on the other hand is a toss up. He is a very good pitcher. He is going to want a lot of money. So I feel that a high payroll team like the New York Yankees will pick him up.
